Most of the food contain meat products which is not really excellent for you if consumed too much.  With the popularity of quick food these days, heart disease has become a major killer in today’s society.

As for the environment, more land are being used to product animal feed than to raise the animal.  As the population of people increase so will the need for more animals which will in turn require more land to be used to produce animal feeds.  The only way to cut down on the land being used for animal feeds is to become a vegetarian and eat only a vegetarian diet.

By eating strictly vegetarian diet you will save thousands of animals from being killed.  Since many farms don’t really care about the life of the animals, they don’t really care about the welfare being of animals.

By becoming a vegetarian, you are a contributing a lot to your health, the environment, and the welfare of animals.  Become a vegetarian and start living more pleased.
